One of the merits of the Muslims in Mindanao is the extreme poverty there, just like Maguindanao where the clash occurred between the SAF, MILF and BIFF.
In the year 2000, Maguindanao is the third poorest municipalities in the Philippines and in the year 2014, 10 of the 16 poorest provinces in the country are in Mindanao, but do you know where the massive amount of wealth hiding?
